Further information about the Click IT Skills and Personality Traits Test.

Click IT’s “Skills and Personality Traits” assessment is designed to provide you with valuable insights into your professional strengths and potential career paths. Whether you’re considering business ownership or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, this test helps identify roles where you would thrive and feel most fulfilled.

Developed by our founder, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of business experience, this test evaluates your foundational skills and personality traits to assess your fit as a candidate for Click IT franchise ownership.

The test begins with an assessment of your computer skills and general IT knowledge—key abilities in today’s technology-driven landscape, especially for a business owner. It then explores your interests and personal characteristics, guiding you toward roles where you can excel and enjoy a rewarding career.

We recognize that everyone has unique strengths and areas for growth. If certain skills fall outside our franchise requirements, we will suggest training resources to help you build on those areas. Our goal is to support your journey toward fulfilling your professional potential and career aspirations.

Completing this test is the first required step in our selection process for Click IT franchise ownership. Upon completion—which should take no more than 10 minutes—you will receive a detailed evaluation of your results via email. If you are interested in moving forward in our franchise candidacy program, we invite you to register at the Click IT members portal.
